ViolaLaser.ca 
doesn't allow returns or exchanges on any products that are used, opened, un-boxed or unsealed unless an allergic reaction have occurred. All treatments and services sold are non-refundable. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@violalaser.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All products sold are final sale. Returns or exchanges are reviewed case-by-case. If a return or exchange is eligible and authorized, the returned item must be in the original condition and packaging. The items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping costs or courier costs are non-refundable and can not be credited back to the customer. 

If the customer have received the item with free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping and packaging cost from the returned or exchanged item. 

Allergic reaction

In case of any allergic reaction, you must notify us within 48 hours of using the product.  You should contact us by email at hello@violalaser.ca. We reserve the right to ask for a note from a doctor or photos of the skin reaction in order to confirm the allergic reaction. If you are not sure if a product or ingredients in it are suitable for you or you have concern about safety of the products, always consult with your health care specialist prior to starting a new product or skin care regimen. Always read and follow skin care manufacturer’s guidelines, instructions, directions, applications, and ingredients carefully before start using the product.  Always read the information provided on the products boxes, labeling, and information provided on our website prior to use of a new product.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as nail polishes. 
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Treatments and services purchased

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@violalaser.ca and send your item to: 6013 Yonge St, #205, Toronto, ON, M2M 3W2, Canada.

Treatments and Services

There are no refunds on treatments or services purchased, however any money paid may be used toward another treatment at total and full discretion of the clinic. Clinic’s credit has no cash value and may be only redeemed towards services chosen by our office. Any credit towards other treatments or any refunds – for unused treatments or services – will be calculated as following:
Full regular price of each session (for treatment sessions used before any discount was applied to it) will be deducted from the total amount paid. Any fees including all the discounts, package savings, credit card processing fees, financing fees, banking fees, transaction fees, and other fees will be deducted from the amount paid.

Shipping cost for returning

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
