Effective Dates

  • These promotions are valid only during the Christmas/New Year promotional period of 2024. Offers expire at midnight on January 2nd, 2025 EST.
  • Once the promotional period ends, these prices and offers will no longer be available. No rain checks or price matching will be provided for expired promotions.

General Terms

  1. Promotions apply only to the specific products, services, and treatments offered during this period.
  2. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, deals, coupons, or offers.

Purchasing & Redemption
4. By purchasing during the promotional period, you agree to Viola Laser and Skin Care Clinic’s Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, in addition to these promotional terms.

Laser Hair Removal Promotions
5. Laser hair removal treatments are not transferable. These can be purchased as gifts, but the treatments will only apply to the individual specified at the time of purchase or the person you specify after the order is placed, and we contact you to clarify who the purchase is for.
6. Promotions for laser hair removal apply only to the specific treatment areas purchased. Treatments cannot be transferred to other areas or services.
7. Treatments purchased require a consultation to confirm medical eligibility. This may include an assessment, consultation, or test patch prior to starting treatment.
8. Credits included in packages are valid only for in-clinic use and can only be redeemed toward future treatments or skincare products as outlined. Credits:

  • Cannot be redeemed online.
  • Cannot be used for shipping costs unless the client agrees to pay associated fees.
  • Are applicable only to regularly priced treatments and products.

Skincare Product Promotions
9. Promotions on skincare products apply while supplies last. Discounts cannot be applied to out-of-stock items.
10. Product credits earned through treatment packages are valid for in-clinic purchases only and cannot be applied to shipping costs without the client covering the fees.

Skincare, Body, and Hair Treatments (Non-Laser)
11. All treatment packages are not transferable unless specified by purchase after the order is placed. We will contact you to get clarification.
12. Treatment credits included in packages are valid only for regularly priced services and cannot be applied to other promotional offers.
13. Treatments purchased require a consultation to confirm medical eligibility. This may include an assessment, consultation, or test patch prior to starting treatment.

Gifting and Usage
14. Treatments and credits purchased during this promotional period can only be used by the individual the package is purchased for or the person specified after clarification with the clinic. Credits and treatments cannot be shared among multiple individuals.
15. If the package is purchased as a gift, Viola Laser and Skin Care Clinic will contact the purchaser to confirm the intended recipient.

Refund and Adjustment Policy
16. All purchases made during the promotional period are final sale and non-refundable.
17. In the event of medical unsuitability, with approval from Viola Laser and Skin Care Clinic, credits may be reallocated toward other eligible treatments or products.

Expiration and Credit Redemption
18. Treatment and product credits must be used in-clinic and will expire based on the clinic's standard policy. Credits cannot be used to purchase services or products outside of these terms.
19. Once the promotional period ends, the associated discounts and offers are no longer available for future use or adjustments.
