Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are currently only offering domestic shipping in Canada.
Orders might take longer to process due to sales volume, please allow us up to 2 weeks to ship - feel free to e-mail us if you have any questions at hello@violalaser.ca
Service Delay Update
As Canada makes its way through this COVID pandemic, we are seeing many service disruptions and delays with freight carriers and shipping companies.
We are doing our best to ensure your order gets processed and shipped in a timely manner, but we are unable to guarantee deliveries based on the unpredictability with our carrier

Shipping Policy:
- ViolaLaser.ca only ships orders within Canada.
- All orders are shipping Tuesday to Friday.
- All orders require a full shipping address to process. . Some remote areas require alternative shipping methods as they cannot be serviced by couriers. Our Customer Service Team will contact you prior to order shipment if this is applicable for your order.
- Items out-of-stock and on backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer.
- Certain items such as envy Pillows and heavy items may not be shipped or may not be included in free shipping or they need to be picked up at the clinic. The pick up method is indicated in the product description of such items.
Shipping Charges:

For eligible items and purchases over $49, our standard shipping is free. Some exclusions apply.
- Shipping charges will apply if your order is less than $49 (before taxes), contain heavy or oversized items, and / or is shipping to a location that doesn't qualify for free shipping, particularly remote areas.
- For calculated shipping rates: Non-standard shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our clinic located at unit 205, 6013 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M2M 3W2.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, and clinic closure days during Christmas / New Year time). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2-4 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@violalaser.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
ViolaLaser.ca doesn't allow returns or exchanges on any products that are used, opened, un-boxed or unsealed unless an allergic reaction have occurred.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@violalaser.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
All products sold are final sale. Returns or exchanges are reviewed case-by-case. If a return or exchange is eligible and authorized, the returned item must be in the original condition and packaging. The items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping costs or courier costs are non refundable and can not be credited back to the customer.
If the customer have received the item with free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping and packaging cost from the returned or exchanged item.
Allergic reaction
In case of any allergic reaction, you must notify us within 48 hours of using the product. You should contact us by email at hello@violalaser.ca. We reserve the right to ask for a note from a doctor or photos of the skin reaction in order to confirm the allergic reaction. If you are not sure if a product or ingredients in it are suitable for you or you have concern about safety of the products, always consult with your health care specialist prior to starting a new product or skin care regimen. Always read and follow skin care manufacturer’s guidelines, instructions, directions, applications, and ingredients carefully before start using the product. Always read the information provided on the products boxes, labeling, and information provided on our website prior to use of a new product.
