We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un opened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not allow returns or exchanges of opened, used, unsealed, or unpacked products unless there has been an allergic reaction. See section below (Allergic Reaction / Use of Skincare Products)
Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be credited back.
We reserve the right to deduct the shipping and handling cost (that were qualified for free shipping originally), from the eligible returned or exchanged items.
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@ViolaLaser.ca . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Hello@ViolaLaser.ca
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as make up tools and products (non-refundable and non-exchangeable and will not be credited due to hygienic reasons) or ,Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) We also do not accept Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Allergic reaction: Some individuals might have allergic reaction to an ingredient. We will refund or credit the individual product that has caused the allergic reaction. The allergic reaction must be reported within 2 days of use of the product.
We reserve the right to request a doctor’s note documenting the allergic reaction or photos of the skin reaction or a video check by our skin experts to confirm that the product have caused an allergic reaction.
Use of Skincare Products: DO NOT use your skin care products after indicated Period-after-opening (PAO) symbol or expiration date.
If irritation or allergy develops, discontinue use of the skin care product.
Always consult with your health care specialist prior to starting new cosmetic treatment or skin care regimen.
Some treatments require you to stop using certain products such as Retinol, Retin A, Exfoliants, Benzoyl Peroxide, AHAs/BHAs or such for a certain time before and after the treatment. Always follow pre-and-post treatment instructions.
Always adjust the frequency and usage based on you skin's tolerance and response.
Always read and follow skin care manufacturer’s guidelines, instructions, directions, applications, and ingredients carefully before start using the product.
